This is a joint Finnish-Japanese campaign to study the ionosphere-thermosphere dynamics with a combination of IS radars, SDIs, and other optical instruments. UHF: runexp /kst/exp/beata/beata 0:0 ip2 SP For VHF, we request 24 h runs during 4 days. The requested hours include 17 hours from Finland and 7 hours from Japan. The antenna will point toward the north with a low elevation of 30 degrees. VHF: VHF runexp /kst/exp/bella/bella 18:00 SP
