Description:	Frequency-sweeping Heating-experiment
Notes	The experiment objective is to study the thermal response of the ionosphere to HF-radio-wave heating around the third, fourth electron-gyro-harmonic. This requires stable quiet geophysical conditions without too much absorption at D and lower E-region heights, with sufficiently high F-region electron-density. Some cancellations are expected due to unsuitable conditions. The UHF-radar will be running BEATA in magnetic zenith.
