Notes	This 24-hour experiment may be moved by EISCAT to a later time in November (or even December), if needed to better fit the EISCAT schedule and availability. We would like to operate the VHF and UHF radar simultaneously using the leo experiment in a beam park mode towards azimuth 0 and elevation 75 degrees. The purpose is to create a data set for studying the effects of radio wave refraction and group delay on space object observations at the VHF frequency, where these effects are so severe that they must be taken into account in order to determine accurate parameters. We will analyse the data from both UHF and VHF using GUISDAP and study how well the leo experiment can be used to provide necessary information about the state of the ionosphere. The electron density profiles will be used to correct the space object measurements for the effects of the ionosphere on radio wave propagation.
