Description:	Support of the MAPHEUS-16 rocket campaign
Notes	This experiment will support the MAPHEUS-16 rocket launch from Esrange, Sweden. It is a follow-up to last year's MAPHEUS-15 campaign. The use of Swedish EISCAT hours is in agreement with Stephan Buchert. We would ask the EISCAT staff to run a UHF CP1 experiment (beata, field-aligned). As far as possible according to the EISCAT cancellation guidelines, we would like to ask for flexible scheduling of the EISCAT measurements on Nov 9-16, 6:00-12:00 local time. Confirmation or cancellation of the experiment can be given 15 hours in advance at the latest.
