Notes
Fine structure measurement of Lower ionosphere using the ESR and VHF during day conditions. The primary objective: observe the fine structure and its variations of lower ionosphsere from 50km to 200km with the best spatial and temporal resolution. The raw echo and ion lines spectra data is stored and used to inverse the ionospheric electron density, plasma temperature and drift velocity. The experiment mode: Manda.
