Notes
This is a joint Finnish-Japanese campaign to study the ionosphere-thermosphere dynamics with a combination of IS radars, SDIs, and other optical instruments. For UHF, we request 60 h runs during 10 days. The requested hours include 20 hours from Finland, 10 hours from Japan, and 30 hours of Dr. S. Oyama's peer-review program.
