Responsible experimenter for VHF radar:
Resources: TNA(8), PP(34) [format: <Associate code>(<hours>), eg EI(50)]
Notes
UHF: runexp /kst/exp/beata/beata 0:0 ip2 BE We need the vector ion velocity (or the Electric field). If one can move the Kiruna and Sodankylä antennas, then we would like to explore 3 altitudes: 220, 110, and 90 km. The VHF Tromsø antenna should point vertical. We need a measurement at least at one altitude. This altitude should be preferably the one of the green line emissions, i.e. 110 km.
