Notes
We will run the UHF radar simultaneously with a digital camera (DG) and a 5-wavelength photometer operated at Ramfjordmoen. PIs are Mr Sota Nanjo and Satonori NOZAWA. The purpose of this experiment is to improve our method of deriving the averaged energy of auroral electrons using DG and photometer observations. Since optical observations of aurora display is desired, we like to run the radar under clear sky/active aurora conditions. So, we might cancel the SP when the bad weather is expected.
