Description:	Study of the IS gyro line and Langmuir turbulence
Notes	Passive and active experiment to prepare for and observe the IS gyro line and Langmuir turbulence. It is assumed that passive hours are accounted with 20 % of the actual time. The contributors of Associate time are NO (12 h) and SW (12 h). Passive days: November 2,3,4,5,9 Active days: November 6,10,11,12,16 Time Budget: 5 active days á 4 hours = 20 h 5 passive days á 4 hours = 20/5 = 4 h 20+4 h = 24 h = 12 (SW) + 12 (NO) GYRO-LT can be scheduled at times of the day different from as requested (9-13), to take into account availability of staff and convenience. Each day we request 2 hours VHF and 2 hours VHF (not simultaneosuly), but the distribution between systems is flexible, If available, the ESR is tried as well, to be replaced by UHF or VHF if unavailble. The experiment takes place during the Swedish campaign to the support the SYSTER rocket (PI Nickolay Ivchenko, KTH) which is scheduled daily 18-02 UT November 2-17, with the usual possibility of cancellations depending on rocket launch conditions. For SW the support of SYSTER has prioritiy.
