Notes	We would like to operate the VHF and UHF radar simultaneously using the leo experiment in a beam park mode, we will supply the exact pointing directions separately. The purpose is to create a data set for studying the effects of radio wave refraction and group delay on space object observations at the VHF frequency, where these effects are so severe that they must be taken into account in order to determine accurate parameters. We will analyse the data from both UHF and VHF using GUISDAP and study how well the leo experiment can be used to provide necessary information about the state of the ionosphere. The electron density profiles will be used to correct the space object measurements for the effects of the ionosphere on radio wave propagation. We will quantify the uncertainties that different approaches introduce into orbit measurement results. This experiment times may be moved to target a different satellite, if needed to better fit the EISCAT schedule and availability better.
