Description:	Precipitation and Ion-Neutral Coupling Experiment with Radar and Spectrographs
Notes	Note this is a joint experiment - resources are NI(15)+NO(18)+UK(15). Takanori Nishiyama (NIPR), Noora Partamies (UNIS), Daniel Whiter (Southampton). The radar will be run in coordination with spectrographic measurements from KHO. Objectives: (1) To investigate the response of the neutral temperature in the upper atmosphere to different auroral energy inputs and processes, and (2) to compare neutral temperature changes with radar measured ion and electron temperatures in order to understand the heating of the upper atmosphere better. (3) To investigate the electrodynamics associated with dynamic small-scale structure in the aurora, in particular the rapidly changing electric field.
