Notes	We will run the EISCAT VHF radar with optical measurement during conjunction periods with the Arase satellite. Clear sky is desired. Based on the simultaneous data, we evaluate the energetic particle precipitation associated with pulsating aurora or EMIC wave. We book 2 nights.
