Description:	Investigation of the low altitude ionization during pulsating aurora immediately after the substorm onset
Notes	We will run the EISCAT VHF radar with all-sky cameras in Tromsø during conjunctions of the Arase satellite. Clear sky is desired, but not mandatory because the objective of this experiment is archived only by the EISCAT observation with the magnetospheric satellite. Based on the simultaneous data, we investigate the low altitude ionization during pulsating aurora immediately after the substorm onset. The commands will be sent to EISCAT staff before the experiment date.
