Notes
We want to use the tristatic VHF configuration as used in http://pc115.seg20.nipr.ac.jp/www/eiscatdata/3dvelocity.html The VHF antenna should point vertically. The remote antennas will move at least at 3 altitudes of observation : 90 km, 110 km, 220 km. I will prepare the program in January. I will need the assistance of the EISCAT staff because I did never use the VHF in a tristatic mode (only UHF long ago). The first night of observation is Sunday 23d of February to Monday. This is because of the moon, to optimize our chances of discovery. Therefore, I can come to Ramsfjorden Sunday early in the afternoon to prepare the code and test it.
